The second half of § 34c(2a) sentence 1 GewO extends the obligation to every employee directly involved in the licensed activity — each with their own hours and their own three-year period.
§ 11 sentence 1 no. 3 MaBV turns that internal state into an external one: on request, the client must be told without delay what training the past three calendar years hold.
