Thomas Jentzsch
Thomas brings more than a decade of experience building and leading growing digital businesses, combined with hands-on expertise in compliance training.
From 2020 to 2023, he led the operational scale-up of a leading European digital compliance-training provider as COO and later Co-CEO. During that time, the team grew from 15 to 65 people and revenue from €1.2m to €7m, without external funding and while cash-flow positive.
That experience now shapes ConformBase: a platform that treats compliance not as a box-ticking exercise, but as learning that is clear, effective and provable.
