Back pain and tired eyes are not an occupational fate — usually they are a setup problem. Safety and health at work are a legal obligation — and lived care for your team.

The course shows how to set up a screen workstation ergonomically — monitor, chair, desk, light —, how healthy posture, movement and break routines fit into the day, what applies at home, and how to catch complaints early. The content is coupled to ArbStättV (Anhang 6) and updated whenever the legal situation changes.

The topic ships in two formats: a full story course (approx. 15 minutes) with voiced video dialogues, decisions and a final test — or a micro series (approx. 20 minutes in total) released in short units over several weeks. Learners receive a personal certificate after passing the test; every completion is documented audit-proof. Available in up to 10 languages with native voice-over.
