The GDPR affects every department that works with names, email addresses or customer data — in other words, practically everyone. Data protection is both a legal duty and a matter of trust: anyone handling personal data needs to know what is allowed — and what is not.

The course translates the regulation into daily work: the processing principles of Art. 5, legal bases and consent, data-subject rights — and how data protection succeeds concretely in your own role. The content is coupled to DSGVO (VO (EU) 2016/679) and updated whenever the legal situation changes.

The topic ships in two formats: a full story course (approx. 35 minutes) with voiced video dialogues, decisions and a final test — or a micro series (approx. 35 minutes in total) released in short units over several weeks.
