Since June 2025, accessible products and digital services have been a legal requirement for many providers. Integrity is not created by policies on the intranet but by people who act correctly in the decisive moment.

The course explains the goal and scope of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), which products and services are affected, and the core principles of accessible design. The content is coupled to BFSG / RL (EU) 2019/882 and updated whenever the legal situation changes.

The topic ships in two formats: a full story course (approx. 20 minutes) with voiced video dialogues, decisions and a final test — or a micro series (approx. 20 minutes in total) released in short units over several weeks. Learners receive a personal certificate after passing the test; every completion is documented audit-proof. Available in up to 10 languages with native voice-over.
